Purpose of the Role:
Accountable for managing EPCM planning and execution in line with Project Strategic plan. Communicate to the Project Portfolio Director and other. reports on progress of the project engineering and any issues and concerns at regular intervals or as appropriate Participate in the development of the Project Execution Plan and QA/QC system/program to promote and enforce QNQC requirements according to established Vale engineering standards. Audit and monitor EPCM Contractor, Contractor/Consultant and Supplier quality systems. Review EPCM Contractors, Contractors/Consultants, and Suppliers QA systems, procedures and plans; Inspection and test plans and procedures; and non-destructive testing to ensure compliance and effective implementation. Review vendor and contractor qualifications. Manage & review of quality documentation, Staffing and management of Owners Engineering team. Establish and maintain interface with other project functional areas. Assist in strategic direction with regard to EPCM Contractor and. Contractors/Consultants selection, Monitor compliance with Project commitments to various Government and local bodies. Coordinate Risk Management Process. This position for certain period (contract basis). Education & Experience:
Minimum engineering degree from reputable university (preferably master degree), Minimum 15 years experience in the heavy. industry in with various Project Management experiences and Certified or Registered Professional Engineer is preferable.

To manage assigned capital projects to ensure that these are completed safely in accordance with the agreed scope, schedule and budget, to meet the planned project objectives as defined in the Capital Appropriation Request (CAR). Accountable for the control of project scope, finance (budget and costs), and schedule (engineering, procurement & contract and construction) to ensure the successful execution of the project. This position for certain period (contract basis). Education & Experience:
Engineering Degree (Mechanical, Civil & Structural) from reputable university, preferably master degree in Engineering, Minimum 15 years experience in the heavy industry in with various Project Management experiences, having experience on Road Project and Certified on Project Management Professional are preferable.

Purpose of the Role:

To review and provide feedback to the FEL 3 Engineering Contractor with regards to the civil and structural/mechanical-equipment-piping/electrical drawings, design criteria, specifications, MTOs and packaging strategy for Execution works. This position for certain period (contract basis). Education & Experience:
• Minimum civil or structure/mechanical/electrical engineering degree from reputable university, Minimum 5 years experience in the heavy industry in with various Project Management experiences and Certified or Registered Professional Engineer is preferable. Terms and Conditions:
