Finance and Investment Division Head - General Manager (Group Head)
Jakarta Selatan (Jakarta Raya)

Responsibilities:

• Providing technical and strategic leadership in financial statements reporting and management of the organization’s financial investment activities in order to secure its financial resources and maximize on returns.
• Providing a dealing service on a discretionary or advisory basis to advice Directors on request on the current market volatility and the price and variety of stocks within a sector.
• Considerable knowledge of economics, financial management, commercial law, regulations and guidelines as well as general insurance industry in the global market.
• Develop, implement and continually review the organization’s financial and investment policies and ensure compliance and safeguard the financial assets of the organization.
• Provide professional leadership and technical guidance in identifying and evaluating organizational risk factors and devise appropriate strategies to reduce losses and operational inefficiencies.
• Oversee all reporting activities and interpret financial and investment reports, statements and related records and advice the Directors accordingly on options for action.
• Take charge of corporate forecasting including forecast models and metrics to accurately predict the outcome of potential or proposed business transactions, analyze financial information detailing assets, liabilities and capital and advice on the organization’s current and projected financial position in order to ensure availability of funds to implement planned activities.
• Coordinate the preparation of tax returns to ensure compliance with periodic tax payments, information reporting and other statutory requirements and advice the Directors on effective strategies for maximizing tax liability.

Requirements:

• Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree, Master's Degree / Post Graduate Degree, Economics, Finance/Accountancy/Banking or equivalent.
• At least 8 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
• Preferably CEO /GM / Director / Senior Managers specializing in Finance - Corporate Finance/Investment/Merchant Banking or equivalent.
• Full-Time position(s) available.
• Male/Female, age 35-45 years old.
• Successful performance in the role of CFO and the equivalent of CIO, preferably within a reputable general insurance company.
• Must possess experience developing investment policy, in-depth knowledge of various investment concepts including risk management and compliance, products, styles and asset classes.
• Professional qualifications, CFA or equivalent membership to a relevant professional body.
• Excellent knowledge of markets and equities and an understanding of/experience working with Capital and Money Markets.
• Able to manage existing portfolios to maximize asset and revenue growth with current market events and price movements.
• Good knowledge on Bapepam/OJK rules and regulation for Public Company.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• English proficiency both oral and written is a must.
