Due to our rapid growth at present, we are looking for suitably qualified and professional candidates to fill the following positions: 1. PLANNING ENGINEER (Balikpapan Base)
Responsibilities:
• Prepare short and long term mine plan ( production and project)
• Prepare periodic reports and production reconciliation as required
• Actively contribute to positive teamwork
• Communicate openly and honestly at all times Requirements:
• Graduate Mining Engineer
• A minimum of 5 years experience in Mine Planning
• Capability to operating Minescape (open cut)
• Previous management and supervisory experience in a production coal mine
• Prepared to work in remote areas
• Preferably held a “POP” Mining Indonesia competency certificate
• Strong commitment to safety and high professional standards of performance
• Good communication skills, written – verbal, both in English and Bahasa
• Ready Traveling to remote area 2. Drilling Manager
Requirements :
• Requires a bachelor”s degree in geology engineer and at least 8 years of experience in the mining ( coal and minerals) or in the related area.
• Familiar with a variety of the mining type , practices, and procedures.
• Relies on extensive experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals.
• Performs a variety of complex tasks
• Leads and directs the work of other
• Good communication skill in bahasa and English Responsibilities :
• To ensure that the engineering designs, operations, practices and training meets the de-sired outcome.
• To ensure excellent drilling programs and performance from the employees.
• To compile an updated well program and associated documentation and review any proposed changes during operations .
• To ensure well program is made according to governing documentation, authorities re-quirements and company”s goals
• Specification and optimization of services and equipment
• To provide technical support and troubleshooting during operation
• To update the Drilling Management documentation as required based on practical expri-ences
• Compile the final drilling report based on systematic monitoring of the operations
• Preparation of detailed activity programs to assist personnel in drilling during opertions
• Evaluation and handling of non-conformances
• Drilling input to application for consent
• Assist in application for discharge permit
