Financial Services & Risk Management (FSRM) Consultant
Jakarta Raya - Jl. Jend. Sudirman

Responsibilities:

Responsible for end-to-end client relationship management. Manage project and business development-related activities for FSRM including but not limited to : marketing FSRM services, clients networking, proposal & discussion paper development, etc. Active participation in and overseeing capacity in FSRM ongoing projects. Manage project and group's administration including but not limited to : budget development for FSRM, budget development for potential project(s), recruitment and talent management activities, and etc. Active mentoring of subordinates and leading sharing session/ in-class training sessions for EY Advisory. Other required Senior or Managerial tasks related to EY Advisory Services.

Requirements:

• Candidates should be located in Jabodetabek currently (local hire).
• Must possess min of Bachelor's degree from reputable university, with finance-related majors (preferably but not limited to : Corporate Finance, Statistics, Accounting, Financial Engineering, Commerce), with minimum GPA : 3.00 / 4.00.
• Having 2 years of experience in Big 4 Consulting Firms or Banking industry, with risk management exposure, is very preferable.
• Experienced in managing up to 10 subordinates.
• Demonstrate excellent proficiency in English.
• Excellent interpersonal skills, including but not limited to: communication, marketing and relationship management skills.
• Goal oriented individual and able to work under pressure.
• Willing to face challenges in a fast-paced, dynamic, multicultural working environment.
