Requirements:

• Male/female between 22 and 32 years old with.
• Have passion for language learning and innovation in books.
• Fluent in English and/or other foreign languages who have Bachelor Degree in Language/Cultural/Social studies.
• Have experience in book publishing industry at least 1 year.
• Have business ideas and proper sense needed to expand the business.
• Have sufficient network to look for new authors.
• Able to work as a team and as an individual with high motivation and initiative.
• Understand the importance of and able to apply EYD at command, also correcting spelling mistakes and grammatical errors.
• Maintaining awareness of new words or phrases coming into popular usage with a view to ensuring they are appropriate for the readership.
• Able to and familiar to work from paper manuscripts, IT-based publishing systems and databases, as well as via the internet, CD-ROMs.
• Liaising regularly with authors, any external resources such as illustrators, freelance translators, editors, and other publishers/organizations by phone and email.
• Checking that authors have provided all the required materials and paperwork.
• Coding manuscripts for design features, such as hierarchy of headings, to instruct the production team.
• Able to overseeing the work of pre-production.
• Ensuring that publications are prepared on budget and to schedule.
