Responsibilities:
Each year YKIP is sponsoring around 500 children from elementary to high school through its KEMBALI program which provides comprehensive and sustainable education assistance to help underprivileged children in Bali who were in danger of dropping out of school, including intervention in the form of apportionment of funding assistance and school supplies on regular basis.

We are now looking for a KEMBALI Program Coordinator who will be responsible for the delivering successful management and implementation of “KEMBALI” scholarship program. He/she will report to the Head of Management Board and manage all aspects of assigned program to achieve desired goal.

We require a quality focussed, results oriented person who will be able to carry on main duties as follows:

1. Prepare annual program and budget plan for review and approval from the Management Boards, including setting an action plan and monitor system on annual basis.
2. Manage daily operational activity as well as a team of staffs and numerous part time volunteers, and acting as a point of contact between the management, team member and the volunteers.
3. Ensure that the objectives of the program are achieved and the resources are used efficiently through the creation and implementation of effective monitoring and evaluation system.
4. Verify the expenditures.
5. Prepare periodic activities report.
6.Prepare material for program publication (newsletter, social media, webpage, annual report, etc.)
7. Represent YKIP to meet with partners and/potential partners to maintain/develop partnership.

For this role, you will need to have Bachelor degree at any field. A university degree in education, psychology, social studies or management with at least 2 years of progressively responsible experience as program coordinator for social/community development project is more preferable.
You will also need to possess these key skills:
1. Genuinely interested and dedicated to working to improve education for disadvantaged children.
2. Strong interpersonal, good written & oral communication skills.
3. Good English and Indonesian, able to communicate in Balinese would be advantaged.
4. Excellent organizational, administration, and time management skills.
5. Good in program monitoring and evaluation.
Requirements:
  • Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree, Social Science/Sociology, Personal Services, Humanities/Liberal Arts, Psychology, Others or equivalent.
  • Required language(s): English, Bahasa Indonesia
  • At least 2 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
  • Preferably Supervisor / Coordinators specializing in Education or equivalent.
  • Full-Time position(s) available.
