Job Description
We are looking to recruit a talented Management Development Manager within our L&D team to design, develop and deliver outstanding training interventions; and astute learning and development solutions for our management and leadership populations across the business both in the UK and globally. The position is based at our offices in Watford with occasional international travel.Key responsibilities:
- Provide coaching for managers and the leadership team and embed a coaching culture across the business
- Develop commercially astute learning and development solutions for management and leadership populations across the business
- Responsible for delivering the full learning cycle from carrying out a TNA on management populations across the business to design, delivery and evaluating initiatives
- Build appropriate internal and external networks to ensure continuous professional development innovations in L&D and continuous service improvement are enhanced
- Proactively partnering with key stakeholders to understand the needs of the business in order to develop high impact L&D interventions
- Sourcing and working with appropriate suppliers to support the delivery of the management and leadership development strategy
- Supporting the design and delivery of high potential talent programmes within the business
- Ensuring all L&D initiatives are fit for global and franchise partner use
- Support with the implementation of an e-learning solution to provide suitable development opportunities to a wider audience
