Marketing Communication Supervisor
Jakarta Raya

Responsibilities:

• To recommend, plan and deliver an integrated marketing communications strategy that enhances brand equity and assists Salon in achieving its company objectives.
• To plan, develop, implement and measure Salon’s marketing, communications and public relations activities, both external and internal, delivering measurable projects and campaigns on time, within budget and to a consistently high quality.
• To specifically devise innovative strategies and campaigns to support the marketing team
• To develop and implement specific collateral to support marketing, brand development, communications and public relations activities.
• To measure the effectiveness of all marketing and communications campaigns against ROI

Requirements:

• Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree, Master's Degree / Post Graduate Degree, Business Studies/Administration/Management, Mass Communications, Marketing or equivalent.
• Required skill(s): leadership abilities, market research, excellent communication skill, strategic and business planning, conceptual ideas
• Excellent working knowledge of major social media channels including blogging, Facebook and Twitter.
• Fluent in English both verbally and in writing
• Have experiences in retail industry / FMCG / service & hospitality industry (Hotel / F&B / Restaurant / Media / Telecomunication)
• Have working experience in the marketing field at least 3 year(s) and last position as a Marketing supervisor at least 2 year(s).
• Interest in Beauty industry
• Full-Time position(s) available
