A sole distributor of Shiseido cosmetics is looking for a qualified and highly motivated person for the following position:

National Training Manager
Jakarta Raya

Responsibilities:

• She will responsible on all delivering process of knowledge and technique of cosmetics to the Front-liners – Beauty Consultant, Aesthetician, Beauty Assistant, comply with “Shiseido Way of Life” standard operation.

Requirements:

• S1, female, age 30 – 40 years old, under graduates from reputable universities.
• Minimum 3 years experiences in teaching and training delivery on managerial level, passionate in beauty knowledge and application.
• Good knowledge and skills of skin care, make-up, and facial.
• Proficient in Mandarin and English
• She must be a tough person with pleasant personality, pro-active, dynamic, energetic, comprehend, good interpersonal skill, and pay attention to detail.
• She may demonstrate effective leadership style from time to time
• Computer literates on Microsoft Office
• The succesful candidate will be based in Jakarta
