Monroe Consulting Group is recruiting on behalf of a multinational financial services company that is seeking a business support professional to fill the job of Business Administrative job, to be based in Jakarta, Indonesia. The winning candidate will be responsible for supporting the operations of Sales and Marketing department and daily administrative support. This is a middle-management position reporting to the Supervisors and Managers. This is a demanding job perfect for a professional who has experience in translating documents.
Responsibilities:
  • Prepare training material to customers
  • Handle customer queries
  • Provide administrative support to Sales & Marketing team
  • Prepare SOF and SRF for internal and external jobs
  • Prepare related documents/memo and internal MIS reports
  • Act as a backup for Consumer Relations Department
  • Arranges travel itinerary and conferences/seminars/meetings
  • Prepare expenses claim forms
Requirements:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration
  • Five years(min.) in banking or financial institutions
  • Able to translate English-Indonesia documents/letters
  • Fluent English
  • Proficient in advanced marketing tools and presentations
  • Organized and meticulous
