Job Description
As a Regional Sales Manager, you will be responsible for managing relationships and closing opportunities. Responsibilities include:- Generate and develop new business and lead generation through cold calling, online research, and physical research. You will also handle inbound leads from events, website and other sources.
- Conduct online and in-person demos of our software product and have a thorough knowledge of our software to respond to questions on features and capabilities
- Account Management.
- Achieve targets including numbers on cold calls, demos, and closing opportunities

- Strong attention to detail
- Able to follow process and bring an organized approach to your job
- Able to understand our technology
- Ability to understand the internal operations of running a spa, wellness centers and salon
- Ability to work well in a start-up environment where change is commonplace
- Ability to set and achieve goals
- Works well with a team and work independently as required
- Open to taking on projects as they come up, aside from your primary job function
- Bachelor Degree
- At least 4+ years working in a customer facing role
- Experience working at a software company is a plus
- Experience working in the wellness industry is a plus
