With the responsibilities of:

 

As a Contract  Manager you will not only responsible  for the Contract Logistics (Warehousing) but you will also get involved in the expanded transportation and custom clearance business. Apart from that you will also need to have  highly understanding on the contract agreement  to effectively manage and control key cost driver  and key revenue.

 

From the operation side, you are responsible to provide operation improvements by mastery in Supply Chain/ Logistics in order to deliver value added to the customer, strengthen CEVA position before the customer and CEVA position in the industry market.

 

As the growing and expanding business  also to ensure good & healthy organization ,  The Contract Manager should be able to grow the team,  developing people by implementing  people development, trainings, succession plan, effective delegation and learning culture.

 

Requirements:

So if you think you have what it takes to be part of the strong team, who:

• 5 years experience in the management of multi-functional working groups as a Contract Manager
• Has solid experience in Logistic Operation and Supply Chain Solution especially in 3PL
• Has strong leadership experience in managing warehouse operation, you are also need to be able to see and implement synergies between these different businesses and they need to be able to work across the different CEVA teams to ensure that the overall service is successfully delivered .
• Has the ability in Business Development and also be involved in the expanded transportation business and the Customs clearance business
• Has understanding in Commercial Contract Agreement
• As the volumes and business ramp up, we need someone who is growing the team and focus on developing people for promotion and career development.
• Is willing to work outside Jakarta – Java Island
