Senior Marketing Analyst - IndonesiaThe Senior Marketing Analyst is responsible for the development and execution of the organization’s in-country integrated marketing strategies that will build the HDS brand and market leadership for both external and internal audiences.
Working closely with the ASEAN Marketing Manager, you will lead implementation efforts for key marketing initiatives, campaigns and events; supervise PR agency and ensure optimal results in media relations; and work closely with the HDS Sales team and channel partners in communicating product innovation, initiatives and strategies. You will play an integral role to help the organization develop greater awareness of market and organization developments.
You are required to have a good understanding of our customers and continually stay in touch with the IT market. You are to ensure the consistency of all marketing strategies with global brand positioning and in sync with market priorities.
Job Functions:
• Plans and implements projects that support the marketing function.
• Identifies new marketing opportunities, prepares regular marketing activity reports and responds to questions from the sales organization. Recommends action, scheduling and planning projects.
• Facilitate internal and external communications; and, all organization marketing and public relations activities and materials including publications, media relations, client acquisition and so forth
• Ensure articulation of organization’s desired image and position, with a consistent communication of image and position throughout the organization, and to all constituencies, both internal and external
• Work with PR agency to drive increased media and analyst coverage; leverage wins internally and externally
• Act as local brand champion; embrace the philosophy and deploy the vision in sales offices
• Support Channel Marketing activities with Channel partners
• Align and work closely with sales to get buy in, support and feedback on program effectiveness
• Align with and support corporate customer reference program
• Document programs and conduct post analysis and evaluation on all programs and report to local sales and management team
Desired Skills & Experience
• 5+ years marketing experience in hi tech with a consistent track record of delivering on results• Bachelor of Science degree or equivalent in marketing
• Understanding of local IT market. Be able to quickly translate sales and customer requirements into marketing communication strategies and deliver timely marketing programs
• Demonstrate understanding of marketing discipline and marketing mix including audience targeting, and marketing vehicles
• Ability to thrive in a demanding environment, requiring high degree of deadline-driven productivity, commitment, adaptability, communication, initiative and follow-through
• Able to work with and influence colleagues at the local level
• Strong relationship with local media
