Pesona Khatulistiwa Nusantara is one of Indonesia’s newest growing coal mining enterprises under PKP2B 3rd Generation with area mining concession in Bulungan Regency - East Kalimantan is targeted to be a world class coal mining enterprise that extracts and adds value to the coal for the benefit of mankind. To support our rapid establishment and expansion of the business entities and projects, we are seeking qualified professionals with integrity, trust, enthusiasm, respect, innovative thinking and solid teamwork to join with our team in Bulungan Site - East Kalimantan. 11. MINE OPERATION ENGINEER (MOE)
Qualification:
• Bachelor degree in Mining Engineering
• Having minimum 1 years working experience , fresh graduate are welcome
• Possess to manage ability as planning, organizing, controlling and executing to all mining activities (heavy equipment, man power, etc)
• Good understanding about HSE/ K3 procedures
• Having POP Certified are preferable
• Highly motivated, able to work as a part of a team and individually. 12. ENVIRONMENT SUPERVISOR (EVS)
Qualification :
• Bachelor degree from faculty of environmental engineering
• Minimum 2 years experience in related field, preferably from mining industry
• Good knowledge about nursery, waste management and mining reclamation
• Good knowledge about HSE / K3 in mining company
• Good report writing skills
• Good interpersonal & communication skill
• Highly motivated, able to work in a team, and good interpersonal skill 13. HR SUPERVISOR (HR)
Qualification :
• Minimum Bachelor Degree majoring in Law or Psychology
• Having minimum 2 years working experience, know well and understand all HR aspects : Labor Law and Manpower Regulation, Industrial Relation, Recruitment, Training Development, Personnel Administration.
• Good understanding of HR relationship with community and Government issues
• Strong interpersonal & leadership skills.
• Team and customer services oriented
• Strong organizational commitment, Well organize, good filling and administration skill
• Good interpersonal & communication skill
• Fast learner and possess positive working attitude
• Highly motivated, able to work as a part of a team and individually. 14. COST CONTROL ENGINEER (CCE)
Qualification:
• Bachelor Degree majoring in Management, Finance/Accounting
• Having minimum 1 years working experience in mining industry
• Detail oriented and strong analytical ability
• Good communication and interpersonal skill, initiative, service and result oriented, able to work under pressure.
• Highly proficient in MS Office, particularly in MS Excel
• Good report writing skill
• Good interpersonal & communication skill
