HCGA SECTION HEAD (Code : HCSH) Qualification:
• Male Max. 40 years old
• Bachelor degree of any disciplines
• Having minimum 5 years experience in related field, with at least 2 years proven
• Be able to work in a team
• Have a strong communication skill
• experiences in managerial level
• Able to interact effectively at all levels and show good leadership and positive attitude
• Deadline oriented and willing to work extended hours
• Passive English
• Computer Literacy
• Good leadership, self motivated, pleasant personality, fast learner, highly initiative, attention in detail & able to work under pressure
• Willing to be placed in our site project 2. GA SUPERVISOR (Code : GASPV) Qualification:
• Male Max. 40 years old
• Bachelor degree of any disciplines
• Having minimum 3 years experience in related field, with at least 2 years proven
• Be able to work in a team
• Have a strong communication skill
• Passive English
• Computer Literacy
• Willing to be placed in our site project 3. GA GROUP LEADER (Code : GAGL) Qualification:
• Male Max. 35 years old
• Min Senior High School
• Having minimum 2 years at the same field
• Be able to work in a team
• Have a strong communication skill
• Passive English
• Computer Literacy
• Willing to be placed in our site project 4. PLANT SUPERVISOR (Code : PLANTSPV) Qualification:
• Male, Max 40 years old
• Min. Diploma degree related
• 3 – 5 years experience as a supervisor in open pit coal mining area and related position
• Have a mechanic experience or background would be an advantage
• Comprehend in Safety, Health, Environment and Quality for SHEQ
• Basic Mechanical Course (BMC) certificated
• Have a strong leadership and communication skill
• Willing to be placed in our site project 5. PLANT GROUP LEADER (Code : PLANTGL) Qualification:
• Male, Max 35 years old
• Min. Senior High School
• 2 - 3 years experience as a group leader in open pit coal mining area and related position
• Have a mechanic experience or background would be an advantage
• Comprehend in Safety, Health, Environment and Quality for SHEQ
• Basic Mechanical Course (BMC) certificated
• Have a strong leadership and communication skill
• Willing to be placed in our site project 6. SURVEY ENGINEERING GROUP LEADER (Code : SURVEYGL) Qualification:
• Bachelor degree in Mining Engineering, Geology, Geodesy, Industrial Engineering
• Min. 2 - 3 years experience as a Mine Planner, or a Mine Surveyor/Pit Controller or a Project Controller Group Leader/Jr. Manager/Supervisor in the area of mining industry
• Have a POP License would be an advantage
• Proven skills in Mine Scheduling tools utilizing software such as Minescape and Xpac and Theodolit and GPS for Mine Survey will be an advantage
• Strong leadership and interpersonal skills, good analytical and focus on detail
• Excellent communication skills in English both verbal and written; and computer literate
• Willing to be placed in our site project 7. MECHANIC HEAVY EQUIPMENT (Code : MECH) Qualification:
• Male Max. 35 years old
• 2 - 4 years experiences as Heavy Equipment Mechanic
• BMC License preferred
• Base in Kalimantan
• Able to work in a team
• Unit that will be handled : Komatsu HD 465 up, PC 1250 up, GD 705 up, CAT 785 up, Liebherr R9250 up, Drill Tech DP 1100
• Willing to be placed in our site project 8. SENIOR MECHANIC HEAVY EQUIPMENT (Code : SRMECH) Qualification:
• Male Max. 40 years old
• 5 - 8 years experiences as Heavy Equipment Mechanic
• BMC License preferred
• Base in Kalimantan
• Able to work in a team
• Unit that will be handled : Komatsu HD 465 up, PC 1250 up, GD 705 up, CAT 785 up, Liebherr R9250 up, Drill Tech DP 1100
• Comprehend in Safety, Health, Environment and Quality for SHEQ
• Willing to be placed in our site project 9. DRILL & BLAST GROUP LEADER (Code : DBGL) Qualification:
• Min Bachelor degree in Mining or Geologist with Class II Blaster Certificate,
• Min. 2 years previous experiences in drilling & blasting,
• Good communication skills in English and Bahasa, written & verbal,
• Understanding applications of drill blast design and shot plus software,
• Familiar with designing drill and blast, leading the team and explosives handling.
• Willing to be placed in our site project 10. INSTRUCTOR PLANT (Code : INSPLANT) Qualification:
• Male Max. 35 years old
• 3 - 5 years experience as a mechanic instructor especially in mining companies
• Training For Trainer (TFT) certificated
• Basic Mechanical Course (BMC) certificated
• Be able to teach (in-class & field practical)
• Be able to work in a team
• Have a strong communication skill
• Willing to be placed in our site project
