This successful company have big plans for the future, with a top producing mine and large invested budgets in exploration to develop other projects.

As a Senior Mine Geologist you will have technical responsibility for reconciliations, grade control, and of course ensure mining is happening with environment and safety as a priority. You will also have responsibility for developing Mine Geologists and Geo-technicians under your management and ensuring that they are engaged and organised in completing all mine geology tasks.

You will bring a tertiary degree in geology along with over 6 years experience in either precious or base metals and in an underground environment. To be successful in this role you will be technically strong as well as having demonstrated leadership in a previous position. Being a user in Surpac and MapInfo is desired along with someone who enjoys working in an industry leading environment where challenges as well as rewards are common place.

There is a competitive salary on offer and an 8:6 roster with excellent camp facilities. The ideal start date is ASAP but this company will wait for the right person.
