Responsibilities:

Responsibilities :

• Assists in defining kitchen equipment requirements, standard outlet layouts and counter configurations in line with the proposed menu and preparation and storage methods
• Responsible for the production, preparation and presentation of all food items to ensure highest quality and consistency standards at all times
• Develops formal standard recipe cost cards, market lists, training plans and conducts future on the job training sessions for kitchen employees
• Responsible for the preparation of menus and participates in the pricing policy in consultation with the Owners and or owner’s representative

Requirements:

• • Requirements :
    • Min. 2 - 3 years experience in a similar position
    • Well versed in modern presentation and food styling
    • A good understanding of both Indonesian and Western cuisine
    • Bread baking skills a necessity
    • Proactive and visionary
    • English language skills preferred but not necessity
    • Experienced in menu and recipe cost card development
