Responsibilities:
  • Prospect and qualify potential customers, within an assigned geographic territory, leveraging various sales and lead generation tools.
  • Develop corporate customer prospects through direct telephone selling and emails.
  • Work with RSDs to penetrate new accounts, identify potential customers, qualify and schedule WebEx presentations.
  • Weekly review of leads developed, new leads added and any field sales intelligence; keeps records and generates reports on all phases of activities.
  • Responsible for responding within 24 hours to any request or intelligence from the RSDs.
  • Keeps informed on new products, services, and other general information of interest to customers, through successful completion of Imperva Sales Training and self-study.
  • Stays informed of customer business opportunities, current conditions, future prospects, active measurements, and competitive issues.
  • Display self-discipline and focus to effectively manage an intense and high volume business; strong time management skills.
  • Achieve or exceed daily, weekly, monthly and quarterly goals and production levels as defined by sales management.
Qualifications:
  • BA/BS Degree or equivalent experience is required
  • Dynamic, high energy sales professional with 1-2 years successful experience in a sales or lead development role within an intense, fast paced, goal oriented environment---ideally in a Security, Enterprise Software or Networking product company.
  • Demonstrated ability to exceed quarterly quota.

Qualifications

- Bachelor's Degree in Accounting or Finance; MBA and/or professional certification/s preferred
- Minimum 5-7+ years experience as an accountant, auditor or examiner with a state insurance department or a public accounting firm or as an accountant, internal or external auditor or examiner of insurance companies, banks, or State or Federal agencies. Insurance industry experience is a must.
- CPA or CPA candidate, Certified Financial Examiner (CFE) or CFE Candidate and/or Certified Internal Auditor (CIA) or CIA Candidate a must!
- PC skills, including experience in using software for producing presentations, spreadsheets, and project planning (skilled in TeamMate, ACL/Access, and MS Excel, Word and Power Point)

Role Summary

As the Assistant Fraud Analytics Manager you will help shape both the day to day and longer term transactional fraud prevention strategies for the Digital, Telephony and Commercial Fraud Performance team within Group Security and Fraud. Reporting directly to the maintenance planning superintendent you will work closely with the maintenance department to ensure plans are realistic and comply with statutory maintenance requirements. Our mines, heavy haul railway and deepwater, multi-user port are located in the heart of the Pilbara - the world's best address for iron ore. Built from the ground up from grass roots exploration, we've produced and exported more than 180 million tonnes of iron ore in less than four years but we're not stopping there.
By the end of March 2013, Fortescue's transformative expansion program to increase our production to 115 million tonnes per annum will be complete. Our plans involve expanding our port and rail operations, upgrades to our existing mines and the development of our Firetail deposit at an exciting new mine called Solomon.
Reporting to the Shutdown Superintendent at our Port Operations, the Shutdown Supervisor will manage teams of maintainers and contractors in the workplace in order to control integrated shutdown schedules, such that teams can execute shutdowns within a planned environment according to Port's operational and performance requirements.
You will be accountable for the following:
  • Effectively control all aspects of shutdown works and any other works associated as required.
  • Effectively work with all contractors ensuring positive working relationships with high productivity and quality achieved from the team.
  • Provide visible safety leadership by modelling positive safety behaviours to all staff and contractors.
  • Assist in risk assessments as required Carry out Hazard / Incident reporting and participate in SAO programme.

Responsibilities

Mining Metallurgical Process Engineer

Tucson, AZ-based mining consulting company is seeking engineers with experience in metallurgical process plant operations to develop plant start-up documentation and computer-based training documentation for process plant operations and mobile equipment. This documentation is used by our trainers to assist clients worldwide with plant start-up. The training ensures that new operators and supervisors are trained how to safely and efficiently operate all areas of a metallurgical processing plant and mobile equipment used in mining operations. The plant training material describes process flows through the plant, how to control the process, how the equipment is interlocked, how to handle equipment alarms, safety information, and more. Mobile equipment documentation describes how to safely and efficiently operate large mobile machinery such as haul trucks, drills, front-end loaders, etc. We also assist clients by conducting studies to determine the training needs of a new or existing operation based on the plant requirements and the skills of the available labor pool.
This position is based in our Tucson office, but may require occasional travel to clients’ mine sites, including international travel.
Please note that this position requires excellent written and verbal communication skills. A background in metallurgical plant operations is essential, but the position does not involve actual engineering design. The engineer refers to client-supplied equipment vendor documentation, flowsheets, piping & instrument diagrams, and plant functional descriptions to produce documentation specific to a client’s metallurgical plant. A second engineer reviews the material for technical accuracy, and editing staff edit the manual for grammar and style consistency before it is sent to the client for their review and comments.


Requirements:

For this position, we are looking for candidates with a B.S. in engineering or related scientific discipline. We prefer three to five years experience working in an actual mine or metallurgical processing plant, and require excellent written communication skills. Salary is commensurate with experience.

Lead the mining sequence activities, such as generating 3D designs, sequence options, and costing alternatives to effectively support the mining operations to achieve Project Targets, ensure operational activities are aligned with the Mine Plans and resolve any issues with Mining Activities and examine the results and choose the most effective summaries that meets the clients’ constraints. Requirements:
1. Min. Bachelor Degree in a mining related to Engineering discipline
2. Min. 5 (five) years of working experience, out of which 2 (two) years as a Supervisory level in Mining industry
3. Demonstrates good knowledge of Mining equipment capabilities and applications
4. Experience in drill/blast and dewatering activities will be an advantage
5. Well developed computer skills, including Mine Engineering applications
6. Ability to use Mine Planning and Scheduling software including practical application to mining operations
7. Good knowledge of best practices in Mining operations

1. Contribute to the development of long term schedules for integration into shorter mine plans for utilisation at Petrosea Mining Operation by utilising Petrosea Mine Planning & Sequencing software
2. Optimise mining sequences to suit site conditions and types of equipment utilized, with consideration given to:
• Mining direction
• Mining technique
• Dip of coal
• Width between seams
• Interaction issues
• Sump location
• Dump progress
• Pit progress
• Drill and Blast
• Blending requirements
3. Highlight and coordinate drawings required for Mine Operations support, also coordinate the inclusion of routine samples into geological model updates.
4. Enter new geological information into the plans as it becomes available to ensure the assumptions reflect actual site conditions
5. Monitor pit progress according to mine plan strategies and schedules and regularly update the topography to ensure it reflects actual site conditions
6. Provide the necessary parameters needed by the mining operations on a continuous feedback basis to enable short term control to achieve the long term mine plan

MINE ENGINEERING MANAGER
(Placement : Site)
Plan, develop, implement and improve mine plannning system, procedures and resources in order to support mining projects in term of technical services expertise for optimizing company’s mining operation. Requirements:
• Min. Bachelor degree, preferably in mining engineering.
• With at least 10 years mine experience and minimum 3 years in managerial position.
• Excellent communication both in English & Indonesian.
• Outstanding analysis skills.
• Strong capability / exposure to mine planning softwares. Responsibilities:
1. Control, monitor and liase with Project Managers to foster efficient mining operations through competent Technical services skills and disciplines.
2. Control, monitor and liase with project manager in communicate ideas, systems, designs, procedures and standards in mining operation to ensure the adherence of those new policies.
3. Develop and monitor monthly reporting format for the Mining business line and coordinate the timely completion by all Project Managers to ensure monthly reporting timeliness and conform with standard format.
4. Provide support to all tenders / proposals prepared by the Mining business line to ensure the reliability of all tenders / proposals prior to submission.
5. Coach and mentor of technical support staff and key national staff in order to assist them understand and manage the technical implications within contracts.
6. Monitor, support and liase with HR department to Facilitate the graduate development program in order to participate in developing new talents.
Senior Mining Engineer
Leadership of Mine Planning Staff and resources to produce short and long term mine plans and schedules, complete with relevant systems and procedures that support the mining operations to acheive Project objectives within budgetary and contractual constraints. Requirements:
1. Min bachelor degree in a mining related Engineering discipline
2. Min four years experience in mining industry, including at least two years in Mine Planning

1. Proactively develop Twenty Four Month Plans and determine mine infrastructure, fleet and personnel resource requirements.
2. Modification of Plans in line with resource allocations where applicable
3. Critically review the Client provided Annual Mine Plans (and other Mine Plans as received) for accuracy, conformance to the Contract requirements and achievability. Provide alternatives and cooperatively work with Client to produce the most mutally satisfactory Annual Mine Plan.
4. Review Client plans and requests to ensure the requirements defined are incorporated in the works and the responsibilities allocated under the Project quality system are understood and implemented.
5. Proactively identify variations to the Contract and cooperate with the Commercial Team to follow through on claiming variations.
6. Contribute to the development of the Three Monthly, Monthly and other short term detailed Mine Plans to integrate with the Mining Operations.
7. Provide the necessary paraments needed by the Mining operations on a continuous feedback basis to enable short term control to achieve the long term Mine Plan.
8. Closely monitor work practices and output to ensure that the integrity, clarity and thoroughness of the information that is produced by the project Mine Planning function is of a high standard and relevant to the requirements.

• Min. 2 years previous experiences in Water Management
• Good communication skills in English and Bahasa, written & verbal
• Understanding applications of Civil Engineering Software
• Work extended hours to meet Engineering deadlines Responsibilities:
1. Design all water management work and document to ensure all work adheres to international Engineering standards and codes as well as company’s management system
2. Operate and control water management software packages and evaluate output to suggesting changes and improvement where needed

4. Responsible for permit, design, contracting & install of pipelines to connect water impoundments to well sites
