Distribution Planning Officer
Banten - Bintaro

Responsibilities:

1. Coordinates branches allocation
2. Define forecasts and lead the forecast planning process
3. Analyze sales forecast evolution including a weekly review with the main actors and build a forecast proposal based on historical sales
4. Make sure the forecast process is followed by Marketing/ Sales/ Controlling and in accordance with the good practices
5. Ensure that the validated forecasts are integrated in the information systems
6. Calculate and analyze the gaps between forecasts and real sales

Requirements:

1. Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree, Master's Degree / Post Graduate Degree, Engineering (Industrial) or equivalent.
2. At least 2 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
3. Having good understanding in supply chain management
4. Able to manage complexity in a large network, understanding the impact of the up-and-down stream actors
5. Good sales planning process management and improvement
6. Excellent English communication skills (both verbal and written)
