Chief Engineer
Jakarta Barat (Jakarta Raya) 

Responsibilities:

• Preventative maintenance of property equipment, structure, and surroundings, involving all aspects of Engineering, Electrical, Civil, and Plumbing Systems.

Requirements:

• Male, 30-40 years old
• Minimum Bachelor Degree in Mechanical Engineering, preferably graduated from a reputable University.
• Has proven minimum 5 years working experience as Chief Engineer in Property Business.
• Excellent Computer skills (Ms Excel Word, Outlook Express, Internet).
• Excellent Communication skill in English, both oral and written is advantage.

Soft Skill Requirements

• Dynamic, able to work independently and in a team.
• Leadership Skill

Technical Requirements

• Knowledge in Engineering, Electrical, Civil, and Plumbing Systems.
