As part of our ongoing growth and expansion, we are seeking for qualified, highly motivated, innovative, high integrity and energetic persons to fill the vacancies in our facilities in Batamindo Industrial Park, Batam, Indonesia.   Process Engineer - Mechanical Batam (Kepulauan Riau)  Responsibilities: To Design and work with vendor on mechanical jig and fixtures fabrication. To improve the existing yield, reduce scrap. To improve process capability, reduce process variation. Manage cost saving projects. Create process Standard Operating Procedures. Requirements: Possess Degree majoring in Mechanical / Mechatronisc Engineering. Familiar with AutoCAD 2D & 3D. Handson experience in designing of mechanical jigs and fixtures. Good communication skills and able to work with vendors. Possess minimum 2 years experience in a similiar industry. Ability to converse and written in English is compulsory. Possess initiative, drive and able to work independently. Able to work well with other departments. Lean and six sigma Green Belt Trained / certified are preferred.
