Currently we are looking for qualified Candidates for our Client, as:   Financial Controller Jakarta Raya Responsibilities: Lead the annual strategic planning process Develop detailed corporate strategic plans Connect between strategy formulation and strategy execution Communicate corporate strategy; ensure that enterprise-level plans are translated into the plans of the various units and departments Execute strategic initiatives to deliver on the grand plan Align employees’ competency development plans, and their personal goals and incentives, with strategic objectives Ensure that strategy execution gets accomplished in an integrated fashion across the enterprise Test and adapt company’s strategy to stay abreast of the changing competition Align key management processes to strategy Requirements: This is a top level position, reporting to Board of Directors, with excellent remuneration package. Male/Female, 40-45 years old At least a Bachelor's Degree or Master's Degree in Finance/Accountancy. Fluent in English, both oral and written At least 15 years of working experience in Finance & Accounting, with last position as Finance & Accounting Senior Manager Exceptional analytical and management skills Able to define and communicate corporate strategy Able to align between an organization’s strategy and its processes, systems, and people Scrupulous and assertive visionary Please submit CV to herawati@jac-recruitment.co.id
