Job Description
The Director of Human Resources shall be responsible for providing strategic leadership, direction and guidance by recruiting, developing, motivating and maintaining a competent workforce for the accomplishment of hotel goals and objectives.- A Degree in Human Resources or related discipline
- At least 5 years of working experience in the same position with an international hotel brand
- Excellent leadership and communication skills
- Extensive knowledge in local labour legislation and industrial relations
