PT. Leighton Contractors Indonesia is a part of the Leighton Asia, one of Asia’s largest project development and contracting group with annual revenue exceeding US$1 billion. We are seeking high caliber candidates for the following positions based in Indonesia.

 

PT Leighton Contractors Indonesia is a division of Leighton Asia and mainly specialises in contract mining, civil engineering and infrastructure, including site preparation, earthworks, roads, bridges, pipelines and tunnels. The workshop is based in Bekasi, West Java

Estimator - Civil (INA-13-BKS-00003)
Jakarta Raya - Bekasi

Responsibilities:

To assist price estimation process with the objective of securing profitable new work/variations for the company. 

Requirements:

• Diploma in mechanical engineering, or related disciplines;
• 3 - 5 years experience in estimation process of mechanical/civil/construction;
• Have a wide-range experience with a general contractors for mining, civil infrastructure and building construction with a significant proportion spent in pre-tender activities;
• Have an exposure of numbers of disciplines (building, civil, engineering, marinem pipelines, etc.);
• In depth understanding of different methodologies and techniques in estimating;
• Have an eperience dealing with suppliers, subcontractors, on commercial and technical matters;
• Intermediate skills on Ms. Word, Ms. Project, Ms. Excel, and CAD;
• Intermediate skills on cost planning, cost estimating and analysis;
• Proficient in English;
• Indonesian citizen.
