Responsibilities:

• Review and develop Business Process Mapping.
• Review and develop SOP (Standard Operating Procedure) and work instruction.
• Analyze business process to ensure the effectiveness and efficiency of management process.
• Perform document control.
• Drive the implementation of quality strategy and ensure the quality system, processes and procedures are developed and implemented.
• Collecting user requirement for application development related to business process.

Requirements:

• Min Bachelor Degree (S1) in Information System or Industrial Engineering with GPA min 3.00.
• Having working experience minimum 1 year in the same field is preferable but fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
• Experience related with ISO, TQM, Continuous Improvement, System Improvement, QA / QC.
• Pay attention to detail.
• Good interpersonal skill and analytical thinking.
