Job Purpose
 

Under Head of Marketing’s supervision, responsible in setting brand plan and achieving brand performance for product responsibilities, creating & delivering promotional activities for his/her product portfolio, monitoring competitor activities and looking for good opportunities to build the business in future, successfully launching new product(s) and building good relationships with key customers, opinion leaders and close collaboration with sales team in execution promotion activities

 

Product portfolio : Cardiovascular Products

Major Accountabilities

• Develop yearly marketing plan for focus products and get approval from management
• Publish Quarterly Action Plan for Focus Products as guidance for sales team in promoting the products
• Develop marketing plan for new product(s) and publish the Launch plan for the sales team
• Produce the promotional materials for focus/ new products: detail aid, presentation slides, and brand reminders, etc
• Visit key customers and opinion leaders to build good relationships
• Arrange promotional programs: Seminar, Round Table Discussion, Local/International Congress, Exhibitions, and other customer meetings
• Present the products and company to the customers, whenever necessary
• Do internal/ external market research, whenever necessary
• Manage Advertising & Promotion expenses to be in line with annual budget

Requirements:

• Background Education   : Bachelor Degree (S1) in Science, Pharmacist.
• Working Experiences     : 8 years’ experience in Marketing
• Computer Qualifications : Intermediate / Advance in Word, Excel and Power Point
• Language Qualifications : Fluent in English (Oral & Written)
• Technical Qualification : Ready and available for frequent business trips out of Jakarta.
• Other : SIM A driving license
