An exciting opportunity has arisen at a global company, who are seeking an HR Assistant to compliment the growing HR team and wider workforce.
In this generalist HR Assistant job, you will lead the HR administration and support management through the full employee lifecycle, from recruitment through to resignation. This will include external talent pipeline work, such as candidates attraction techniques, creating and advertising job descriptions, new starter administration and offer basic HR advise to managers. You will additionally be responsible for HR management information.
You will therefore have a strong customer service background, understand the principles of a HR department from having previously worked in a similar HR Assistant role and be CPP / CHRP qualified and looking to progress within a HR role and department. You must have proven experience of using Excel, to pivot table standard.
